An important element that is included with every wedding collection is a personalized and detailed photo timeline of your day. This helps you plan and prepare for hair/make up appointments, ceremony start times, and gives your family and bridal party a heads up on everything that involves them. It helps keep your day running smoothly and ensures the proper allotted time for the photos that are most important to you, while still soaking up and enjoying your special day!

SOAK IT IN! Rest assured that with our prior preparation, we will be there capturing your beautiful day unfold and serving you both on one of the most memorable days of your lives!

Following the big day, you will receive a personalized online gallery of your images to view and share with your family and friends. Depending on your collection selection, you will be able to download all of the high resolution images directly to your computer or device and your family and friends will be able to do the same. Prints will also be readily accessible for purchase by family and friends directly from your gallery. Full wedding turn around time is about 6 weeks, but a highlight preview gallery will be available within the first 2 weeks.

WHAT IS THE TURN-AROUND TIME FOR PHOTOS?
Engagement & portrait sessions are a 2-week turn around time unless otherwise noted. Weddings are a 6- week turnaround time with a sneak peek available at 2 weeks. We take the utmost care of your digital files and work diligently to edit and enhance every final image.
HOW MANY IMAGES WILL WE RECEIVE?
Engagement & portrait sessions typically receive about 200-250 images in their gallery, depending on the length of the session. Weddings will typically have 1200-2200 final images depending on the length of the wedding.
DO YOU EDIT YOUR PHOTOS?
Yes. Each images is individually edited and enhanced to reflect our vibrant and classic style. Some additional custom skin edits are available per request for an additional charge.
WHAT ARE YOUR TRAVEL FEES
Any sessions or weddings outside a 30 mile radius of Phoenix will be subject to an additional travel fee based on location.
Weddings out of state will also be subject to travel fees including transportation and hotel. Please inquire for more details.
WHAT IS REQUIRED FOR BOOKING?
Portrait & Engagement sessions require a non-refundable $50 deposit to secure your date and will be applied to your package.
Weddings require a completed contract and 10% non-refundable deposit to secure your date and will be applied to your package.
WHAT IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE MY APPOINTMENT or DATE?
No problem! We understand things come up! We will work together to find a new date. If a wedding date needs to be changed, we will have to make sure we have the new date available.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT?
Cancellations are subject to the initial non-refundable booking deposits, as we block off our calendar from other potential clients to secure your date.
WHAT TIME OF DAY SHOULD WE SCHEDULE THE SHOOT?
For portrait and engagement sessions, we typically shoot around an hour and half-two hours before sunset for best lighting. We can also schedule sessions in the early morning as well.
WHAT ARE YOUR FAVORITE LOCATIONS TO SHOOT?
After booking your session, we will work together to select a location that best reflects your personality and vision. We will provide a list of recommended locations, but are always up for new locations if you have a particular place in mind!
